I work on people, on systems and on results — so that sales becomes traceable and stops depending on chance.
I know sales from many different angles: more than 25 years in B2B sales, over 10 in leadership roles, six as an entrepreneur in sales training and coaching — and always in direct customer contact and in building partner structures within international IT companies.
With my background as an ETH-trained engineer, I don't think of sales as a collection of techniques, but as a system that can be understood, designed and managed.
My goal is to support you in developing your sales organization so that decisions emerge on the customer side, leadership has an effect in daily work and results become reliable. That can happen through C-level coaching, an analysis of your existing structure or the implementation of concrete measures in your company. Beyond consulting and training, I also take on temporary leadership or interim roles when change needs to be implemented effectively.
